Pressing Innerprises is a company that offers practical self-care education through a 30 day journal, group coaching, and a conversation series that encourages women to heal, grow, and learn while pressing towards their goals.

As a mommy, minister, and mental health professional. Mwuese has earned a Masters in Church Ministries: Urban Ministry, from St. Mary’s Seminary & University, and  Masters of Social Work from Morgan State University. Mwuese is a licensed Master's social worker and is employed as a psychotherapist. Mwuese’s background and education make a perfect blend meant to go beyond the walls of the university and church.
